Follow Up	If you are having any trouble with your new glasses or contact lens prescription, we offer follow ups at no cost up to 60 days after the date of your exam.

If your medical insurance is not accepted at our facility, we will gladly provide you with itemized receipts for the services rendered. With these receipts in hand, you can easily pursue self-submission to your insurance provider, helping you access the potential reimbursement or coverage to which you may be entitled. Our goal is to ensure you have access to the care you need, and we're here to support you through the insurance claims process.
