Problem Focused Medical Examination may be billed to medical insurance starting at $90 | Monitoring existing conditions such as diabetes,cataracts, macular degeneration or treating new symptoms such as dry eyes, eye infections, eye injuries, or new onset of flashes or floaters. Does not include a prescription for glasses or contacts. |
Ocular Surface Evaluation (45mins-1hr) $129 | A thorough assessment of your tear film, eyelids, ocular surface, and meibomian glands to develop a tailored treatment plan for effectively managing dry eye syndrome and other eye conditions. |
Myopia Control Consultation $50 | If your child's myopia (nearsightedness) is increasing faster than expected, there are treatments aimed at slowing the progression which reduce the risk of associated complications of high myopia later in life. A recent comprehensive exam (within 3 months) is required prior to scheduling a consultation. |
Retinal Imaging $75 | At our facility, retinal imaging is a standard of care. This technology captures high-resolution images of the retina, allowing us to detect and monitor conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. By enhancing diagnostic accuracy and supporting preventative care, retinal imaging is essential for comprehensive eye health assessments. |
Follow Up | If you are having any trouble with your new glasses or contact lens prescription, we offer follow ups at no cost up to 60 days after the date of your exam. |
If your insurance isn't accepted at our facility, we will provide you with itemized receipts for services rendered. You may submit these receipts to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
